Fashion Design

As the fashion industry becomes more and more sophisticated, creating and promoting a line of clothing takes more than just the ability to sew and draw pictures. The mission of the fashion design program at Raffles Design International is to provide academic and specialized practical instruction onto higher education and prepare students for entry level positions in fashion industry. The course encourages the development of students' individual design identity through the translation of their personal research into design.

This program is designed to offer students with an understanding of design skill needed in today's fashion industry. To stay at the cutting-edge, students need innovation design skills, familiarity with the global fashion and design scene-plus your own brand of creativity. This course is unique because it combines practical workshops with intellectual studies in design, culture and technology. Our subjects are taught by practising fashion professionals; the topics students will study are up to date and relevant to the fashion and design industry.
