As we grow and develop
as an educational group, I have been greatly encouraged by
the many warm salutations that been received from our students,
parents and industry. To meet the changing market needs for
world-class education coupled with practical application,
we embarked on an aggressive expansion strategy in 2004 to
enlarge our course offerings and expand our marketspace. Thus
the birth of our new corporate name; RafflesEducationCorp.
Today, the RafflesEducationCorp
family comprises, Hartford Institute, an education
provider of business management programmes that joined our
family in late 2004, and RafflesDesign Institutes;
the premier creative and design education college group in
the region. Another institute, KvB, the premier private
design institute in Australia has joined our family this year.
Through these colleges, and through a network of representative
and marketing offices throughout the globe, we have established
our position as the leading creative design and management
education group in Asia.
It
is however, our continued endeavour to deliver world-class
design and management programmes that drives us. Our rigorous
programmes seek to develop our students' technical skills
in a myriad of design disciplines. The applications of information
technology, industry-relevant curriculum and international
faculties with industry-specific experience ensure that our
students are trained professionally and exposed to international
standards. Our commitment to nurture creative talents, design
management expertise and thinking professionals for industry,
through the transmission of knowledge and technical information
with a well-rounded education will continue to endeavor. The

conferred to us by the Singapore Government is a testament
to our commitment.
