Changchun Friends’ is the first English language magazine for foreigners in Changchun designed by instructors and students of Raffles C.U. This magazine provides a guide of Changchun  for foreigners about entertainment, spots, hotels, shopping, etc.

Changchun Raffles International College plans to publish ‘Changchun Friends’ every quarter. The Magazine provides a valuable opportunity for students to practise what they learned in the  real world.
