The Raffles resource center is part of the main library at Chang Chun University. Its mission is to provide collections and services that support the professional educational goals of the Raffles C.U. International College.
The library provides computer workstations with network connections and study spaces, with over 4000 collections of books, videos CDs and tapes for subjects on business management, computer graphic, interactive media and English Language.
The library opens Monday through Friday on school term; 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, and closes on weekends.
