International students (non-Chinese citizens) attending RCU must apply as first year candidates. International students currently attending Chinese colleges or universities may apply for transfer admission. If you are an international student who has finished an undergraduate degree, you may not apply to our undergraduate programs, but are welcome to apply to our graduate programs.
