Our Teaching Philosophy – Learning by Doing
RCU’s teaching methodology is a fusion of Harvard University’s Multiple Intelligence (MI) and of Problem-Based Learning (PBL). This methodology is used by top universities and research institutes around the world, including in China.At RCU, our undergraduates learn to integrate and apply knowledge through struggling with challenges and case studies in the design studio or the classroom.

RCU Students are also assessed both through individual and group research work, projects and presentations. These types of assessment are very similar to what students will face in the Design or Business world, especially in global and modern Multi-National Corporations (MNCs).

This is why RCU graduates are able to secure jobs and work effectively in Western-based companies. They are strengthened through our rigorous training and learning processes.

In addition to RCU Students’ ability to get good jobs after graduation, we are very proud to announce that RCU students have won several top awards in Local and International Competitions in Design & Business Administration.
