Raffles-C.U.-International College

Prof. Pan Fu Lin		Chancellor The Chancellor provides direction, leadership, and vision for the College; the Chancellor is also Raffles C.U. International College’s primary representative to the Ministry of Education, the Jilin legislature, and the community at large.


Nina Voon		Executive Vice Dean The Executive Vice Dean is responsible for administering the academic programs and policies of the raffles C.U. International College. This includes recruitment of faculty and office staff, and oversees for the admission, administration, financial services and budget, student services, library system, and regional business development.


Lily Tian		Director for Admission The Director for Admission is responsible for enrollment services, including admissions, orientation, and regional university recruitment affairs. Director for Admission also in-charge of the College public affairs; interface with the media and the public in the community.


Alex Antonicelli		Director for Professional Develpment Center PDC Director establishes long-term relationship with foreign and Sino-foreign companies who are prospective employers for students. The director also oversees the day-to-day operation of the professional development center.


Iris Ye		CPD Senior Executive CPD Senior Executive offers help with student career exploration, graduate career advising and training, internship and full-time job searches, and specialized advising needs.

Maggie Wang		Administrative Executive Administrative Executive provides support and advice for the Executive Vice Dean and Director for Operational Affairs on a wide range of issues. Also in charge of general office adminsitration, security, library services, facilities and maintenance and crisis management system.


Kitty Zhao		Student & Academic Services Executive The SAS Executive is responsible for the registration and records, academic support and tutoring; student transfer; and international student services.


Corrine Chen		Students Affairs Executive Students Affairs Executive is in charge of student counseling, psychological consultation, student dormitory, college sport activities and student club and organization.


Arthur Zhou		IT Executive IT executive is in charge of administration of information center, networks, assistance in courseware production for long-distance education and on-line administration.
